The company was founded in 1964 by John and Martina Van Hoeve. Their son Ben, worked closely with his father to learn the construction business from the ground up. Ben also earned a degree in civil engineering and is a Professional Engineer (Civil). When his father passed away in 1979, he became owner and president. Today, along with other family members , Ben Van Hoeve has developed a unique niche in the custom home market for the family business.
